How to use:
Mix 3 scoops (50 g) of powder and 300 ml of water, milk, or juice, and thoroughly mix in a shaker for 1 minute.
To really enjoy your protein-shake – vary the amount of liquid to achieve your desired consistency and taste.
It is recommended to take the first dose of product on an empty stomach right after awakening. Take 1 dose before the workout and another dose – at the end of workout.
